In this site you will find many information about me even it is not comprehensive enough. I build this site as part of my weblog where I can share my thoughts and emotions with all the readers. The nature of this site is a curriculum vitae which describe my personal journey in life. I made it in a text description so I can added an explanation needed regarding the writing. B. OBJECTIVE
I want to become a law expert particularly in the business law, that has a broad sense and firm political ideology. Therefore I can be contribute myself for the development of the country and the world, in term of legal development and in term of social changes toward a better one.
C. PERSONAL INFORMATION
I was born in Bandung on February 16, 1977. I was introduced to Islam since I was little boy and until now is a strong believer in Islam. Currently I do not married to anyone and am looking for the one. I grew up in a warm and excited family in Jl. Dago Pojok No 21 Bandung 40135. Even though I am not residing there, still it is a home for me. Right now I rent a small room nearby my office in Jakarta , so I just need to walk for couple of minutes to reach my office. But biweekly I try to make my self way home to Bandung. I have one older brother and one younger brother, it makes me in the middle. Currently my older brother is working in Bangkok, but we stay in touch with each other most of the time. He is easily reached by his blog at http://enda-aseli.tripod.com . My younger brother works for local radio station in Bandung, named Paramuda FM as news writer. I am slow person when it comes in social term. I mean, compare to anyone else, it takes longer to make friend and get acquainted with me. A lot of people consider me snob, but actually it is because I'm a shy guy. Once you know me better, you'll se that I'm very warm, friendly, and loyal person And I'm mean it. For me, there's nothing more precious than a friendship in the whole world and the whole life. I also am a very funny guy, I'd like to laugh a lot, mostly over other people, but I able to laugh at myself too. Below are summarize for my personal information :

D. EDUCATION BACKGROUND
As I entered pre-school age, I enrolled to a kindergarten in Bandung named "TK Tadika Puri", It is a Malaysian kindergarten I believe. I hardly recall any of my friends there now for its years has passed and perhaps too young to remembered. I spent three years there and learned some of my basic English. At the age 6, I entered elementary school in Bandung named "SD N Banjarsari". For 6 years I spent my time there and learn basic education (that's why they called it elementary). The good thing is during that 6 years they always keep us in the same class. It means that for 6 years we saw the very same face 6 days per week in class. Many of them still I remember even I don't know where they are and what they do. I entered a junior high school named "SMP N 7 Bandung". The letter N stands for Negeri, which means that it is a public school and obtain subsidies from the government. My junior high school was renown for its hostile boys, during three years period we get into the trouble with another school for more than dozen times . Sometimes even it takes the authority (the police or even military) to settle down the problems between us. However that was hell of experiences and undeniably contribute for shaping me in the present. I entered SMA N 5 Bandung in 1992 which located on Jl. Belitung 8 Bandung. That was really my golden era, I met a lot of exciting friends, involved in many student activities, and achieved many accomplishment. The three years period perfectly flied, we all were suddenly had to enrolled to university. In 1995, I entered the Padjadjaran University, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration. Spent one year study in Jatinangor, my hunger for knowledge is still abundant. Therefore in 1996 I entered the Padjadjaran University, Faculty of Law and unexpectedly gain a lot of astonishing knowledge. I finished my study in Public Administration on December, 2000, my final paper is regarding public policy implementation, a case study on small to medium enterprise empowerment program in City of Bandung. My study in Faculty of Law was finalized on October, 2002, my final paper is regarding choice of law and choice of forum of an international contract, a case study on loan agreement between Singaporean Bank and Indonesian guarantor. E. JOB HISTORY
My first formal job was a Marketing Executive in Maersk Sealand, a multinational shipping company with its headquarter away in Copenhagen, Denmark. I was positioned in Indonesian headquarter in Jakarta. My work commenced in July, 2001 and my first role was pricing authorities and trade analyst for Australia, Pacific, and Indo China destinations. Work for only three months, I was reassigned as system updater, still in Marketing Department. This job is to ensure that all approved rate are updated accordingly so the Document Department can release Bill of Lading respectively on time. It only last for two months since I tendered my resignation on December 2001. In January 2002, I joined Bandung Law Information and Study Centre as Managing Director, a non governmental organization which I help to founded before. My role mainly to manage day to day operation of the organization, how the works flow and who do that works. At the time I had to shared my time in organization and in my study in Faculty of Law, since I haven't graduated yet. I formally resign from the organization on January, 2003 when I acknowledge to be hired by Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (Commision for Supervision of Business Competition) as Investigator in Directorate of Investigation and Law Enforcement. The job was commenced in February, 2003 and I am still working there now. My job history can be summarize as follow :

F. ORGANIZATION/PROJECT EXPERIENCES
I'm a very active person since in my elementary time. At the time I was involve in boy scout activities and lead a small group of my friends. As I entered junior high school, the drive for taking part in student activities lead me to join the student organization and some extra curricular activities. When I reach senior high school, my entire time practically consummated for student activities. I involved in student organization and an adventure student organization, not to mention a lot of projects I worked for since in the first year. I gain a lot of experiences in the organization which I really grateful. Entering the university, the old habits keep me involved in student organization and many projects. All of them are very worthwhile considering my presence at this time. Not all my project succeed, some of them are terribly failed, in term of objective and in term of budget. There were hard time for me when I learned that not everything are like what you are expected. Those experienced contribute to my maturity nowadays and, again, I am very grateful to have those experiences, particularly the bitter one. G. INTEREST
"Berlabuhlah ketika kau lelah, beristirahatlah, tapi jangan pernah kau berhenti berlayar....."
I share various interest in life, ranging from management, marketing, information technology, life style, sociology and anthropology, and of course law development, both nationally and internationally. I often spent hours to discuss issues that amuses me related to the topic mention earlier. I believe by doing so, we gathered so much information and enrich our point of views. I spent a lot of spare time to surf in the web, reading, and play, sports particularly squash racket. I'm watching the development of cellular phone, I found it is very amazing tool for all of us. But nowadays I try to put my best effort to advance my self in law techniques and philosophy, since I want to become law expert in the future, especially in the business law. Besides all those formal interest, I also enjoy very much coffee, tea, cigars, and cigarettes. All things that would kill me someday but can't help to resist.
